Roles & Permissions
Every user in Guidevera is assigned one of three roles: Editor, Contributor, or Admin. Visitors without an account are treated as Guests. The role controls what actions a user may perform.

Editors and the review workflow
If the review process is enabled by your administrator, Editors cannot publish pages directly. Saving a page as an Editor automatically sets it to In Review. A Contributor or Admin must then approve and publish the page. See The Review Process for details.
