Inserting Images & Videos

Images and videos can be inserted directly into page content using the editor toolbar or by uploading files during editing.

Inserting an image

In the editor, click the Picture button in the Insert group of the toolbar. A dialog opens with two options:

• Upload — drag and drop or select a file from your computer. The image is uploaded to the media storage and inserted automatically.
• Browse images — opens the file browser filtered to images. Click any image to insert it at the cursor position.
• URL — paste an external image URL directly.

Resizing and aligning images

After inserting an image, click it to reveal the image popover. You can resize it to full, half, or quarter width, and align it left, right, or centre. Use the remove button to delete the image from the content.

Inserting a video

Click the Video button in the Insert group. Paste a video URL (YouTube, Vimeo, or direct file URL). You can also use the Browse videos button to select a video file from the file manager.

Media storage

Images and videos uploaded directly through the editor are stored in the server's media folder and linked via stable /downloads/{id}/filename URLs. They are also accessible in the Media Library.
