Dashboard & Quality Report
The Dashboard at /pages/dashboard is the central overview for logged-in users. It is accessible to all logged-in users, with some sections visible only to Contributors or Admins.
Content columns
- Recently Edited by You — your 10 most recently modified pages.
- Recently Created — the 10 most recently created pages across all users.
- My Drafts — your pages in Draft status (only shown when the review process is enabled).
- My Pending Reviews — pages assigned to you for review (shown when the review process is enabled).
- Trash — deleted pages with restore and purge options (shown when the trash contains items).
Search terms without results
Admins see a panel listing recent search queries that returned no results. This helps identify content gaps — topics users are searching for but cannot find.
Page Overview Table
At the bottom of the Dashboard, a full table lists all pages with their status, workflow status, creation and modification details, and indicators for: description present, keywords present, tags present, content present, translations, feedback counts, subscribers, acknowledgements, and comments. Use this table to identify pages that need attention.
Quality Report
The quality report data (stale pages, missing descriptions, empty content, no keywords, no tags) is generated by the nightly quality-check cron job and cached for Dashboard display. See Setting Up Cron Jobs.
